How does the D2000 (4-Stage Air Purifier) clean the air?
As the air is pulled into the unit from the front side, the charcoal activated filters reduce the odor and smoke. The Pre-Filter and HEPA collect particles as small as 5 micron and 0.3 microns, respectively. In the last step, the UV lamp weakens the strength of bacteria, viruses, as well as mold and the Clean Air, is returned to the room from the top side of the unit.
How many hours should the system be kept on at any given time?
The lifetime of the filters could be as high as 3,000 hours of actual usage. In many cases, the customers have used the system for over 4 years without replacing the filters. The test and field data have shown that in less than 4 hours, there has been a 95% reduction in bacteria, a 92% reduction in VOCs and 99% particle collection (greater than 0.3 Micron). Therefore, these systems are normally used on an as-needed basis for a few hours. For example, many people use the system when they:
1. Have had breathing difficulties resulting from non-clean air in their rooms, offices, workspaces & more!
2. Have had bigger than normal gatherings in their homes or offices for extended hours to remove smoke, odor, bacteria, virus, etc.
3. Have allergies.

Warranty and Spare Parts
1. A one year warranty for all the parts excluding the Filter, HEPA Filter, and UV Lamp.
2. All the Spare parts (Filters, HEPA Filters, and UV Lamp) can be ordered by contacting Zishore Sourcing.
3. Each system will be tested 100% before the final shipment to the customer.
